As a wildlife conservationist from Sydney, I was drawn to Valkeisen Loma Villa for a family getaway that harmonizes with my love for nature. Set on a working farm, it offered a spacious yard where my children could frolic among friendly animals, creating wonderful memories. They particularly enjoyed the chance to pet and feed the animals, a joy that kept them engaged throughout our stay. While the amenities are quite basic, we appreciated the gas barbecue for our dinners. I'd recommend bringing your own if you enjoy cooking outdoors as the nearest town is about 10 km away with limited dining options. Mornings began with a pleasant breakfast, featuring decent choices to fuel our adventures. For the active families, we also found options for ski and bike hire, keeping us entertained. Valkeisen Loma provided a quaint, family-friendly atmosphere perfect for a simple getaway.
